It has been an eye opener for me regarding meditation practice. After my visit to NJ to meet my Guru Shri Kamlesh Patel ji, my practice of meditation has shifted to a different level. My heart seems to be so light now, it feels like I could locate physically where my heart is. I have become more senisitive to the changes in the spiritual condition in different places now.
